What counts as good evidence

Official Riot / League of Legends posts and support articles
In-client text and timers you can reproduce yourself
Two independent formal sources when we mark something corroborated

How we verify information

Prefer official posts and the live client over community summaries.
Record absolute dates and times (with timezone) instead of vague “soon”.
Cross-check high-stakes numbers (pass windows, coin rules, reward names) against the linked official page before publishing.
Leave live mission titles and open ballots offline until someone captures them in-client — we do not invent those rows.
Update “last checked” dates when we re-verify; stale windows get marked ended rather than silently removed.

Corrections

If something on the site disagrees with the client or an official post, use the correction path on any page footer. We treat player reports as leads and re-check against primary sources before changing published facts.
